3. How do I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
We ask that if you cannot keep your child's appointment call at least 24-hours in advance to cancel so that we may offer another child the opportunity to be seen in your child's place. We can also reschedule your visit to a later and more convenient time. It is, however, most courteous to call as soon as you know that you are unable to keep the appointment. Please try to be prompt for your appointment and arrive approximately 15-20 minutes early to allow sufficient time for registration. If you are running late, simply call, let us know and give us an estimated time of arrival.
Children's Urology of Virginia, PC has a policy that after the first missed appointment without 24-hour advanced notice there will be an assessment of a $50 No Show fee.
